Dr. Devaiah exemplifies the power of hard work and determination, rising from humble beginnings in a rural village in South India to achieve remarkable success in the medical field. Excelling academically throughout his education, he pursued a distinguished career in medicine, specializing in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesia at Harvard Medical School’s Children’s Hospital in Boston.

Dr. Devaiah began his teaching career at the University of Tennessee's Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN, and later served as Chief of Anesthesia at the renowned St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, also in Memphis. In 1994, after an accomplished medical career, Dr. Devaiah retired from practice and relocated to Florida, where he partnered with Dr. Rudrama to grow Suncoast Labs, a clinical laboratory. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to establish Freedom Health Insurance and Anion Healthcare, a BPO focused on providing critical support services to the health insurance industry.

Currently, as Chairman and Managing Director of the Anion Group of Companies, Dr. Devaiah oversees a portfolio of ventures spanning healthcare and bio-diesel, further demonstrating his leadership and commitment to innovation and excellence.

Brij serves as the CEO of Anion Healthcare Services, overseeing all operations at the Hyderabad facility. With over two decades of experience in senior management and technology leadership, Brij guides Anion's strategic, business, and operational initiatives with a deep understanding of various functional domains across multiple industries.

His career began at Old Dominion University, USA, where he held positions as a Teaching Assistant and later as a Research Assistant on a NASA project. He then transitioned into Oracle technology, managing and executing numerous offshore projects. In 2000, Brij co-founded Pointsoft in India, serving as CEO until its acquisition by Bartronics in 2007, where he then took on the role of Senior Vice President, leading E-Governance and Insurance Smart Card projects.

Brij holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA, and brings a wealth of expertise in technology and management, driving Anion's growth and success in the healthcare services sector.

Rahul is the founder and former CEO of Anion Technologies Ltd., a prominent software outsourcing firm, and Anion Healthcare Services, both established in 1999. He currently serves as the managing partner of the Pagidipati Family Limited Partnership, overseeing substantial investments in a range of public and private companies, including ITEX, Rediff.com, and J. Alexanders, among others. Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florida, an MBA from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

A licensed attorney in the State of Florida, Rahul has also served on the Board of Directors for Suncoast Labs and Freedom Health. In addition to his extensive experience in healthcare and investment, Rahul is an early adopter and advocate of blockchain technology.
